To make your journey with us simple and convenient, we offer 2 instalments for packages under £2000 and packages over this amount can be paid in 3 instalments. For our Single Sessions, full payment is kindly required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

How it works for Packages:

• 1st Payment – Due at booking (secures your sessions)

• 2nd Payment – Due before your second session. 

• 3rd Payment – Due before your third session. 

                                            

Cancellations & No-Shows

• We kindly request at least 72 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to manage our schedule and accommodate other clients.      

• Please note that late cancellations, missed appointments, or changes with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. All payments are non-refundable.
